I would like to introduce myself to the wonderful WT Townshend families.  I am thrilled to become part of the community – students, parents and staff.  I  hope you have all enjoyed a safe and enjoyable summer break and that you are ready for another exciting year at WT Townshend!

Please know that any decision I make will always be with the students’ best interests at heart.  My goal will always be to have students and staff who are happy, respectful and successful  … who look forward to coming to school each and every day!  I know we will enjoy a positive and energetic learning environment at WT Townshend this year.

A little about me so you can get to know me as we begin our partnership in education … I have 26 years of teaching behind me – experience at all grade levels JK to Grade 6, plus French Immersion, Core French, Special Education and Enrichment.  I have loved my lifelong journey of learning and wish that for every student here as well.  Also, I have a wonderful family including my husband, 5 children – 3 boys and 2 girls ages 6 to 21, a dog, a cat and a parrot.

I am looking forward to a year of learning and growing alongside our wonderful students!
