Student Progress Reports for Grades 1 to 6 will be sent home on Monday, November 3rd, 2014.
We would like to invite you to book an Interview Appointment with your child’s Grade 1 to 6 classroom teacher online using School-Day. Most teachers are holding interviews on Thurs. Nov. 6th from 3:30pm-7:00pm and Fri. Nov. 7th 8:45-11:45am. (Note that teacher schedules may vary given teacher availability.)
Parent-Teacher interviews will be booked online using your School-Day account.
School-Day will be “live” for Parents to book their interviews as follows:
- OPENS: Tues. Oct. 28th at 8:00am
- CLOSES: Fri. Oct. 31st at 9:00pm
HOW TO BOOK YOUR PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS
¨ Log-in to School-Day at: https://www.school-day.com/
¨ Select the Parent-Teacher Interviews link from the left side of your Parent Dashboard
¨ Use the drop-down menu to select the school that is conducting interviews and on the following screen select the schedule. Schools may have only one schedule available, or may have multiple schedules on different days.
¨ If you have more than one student, select their name from the Students drop-down menu to view the booking options unique to each student.
¨ To book an appointment, click on the time slot you would like. The spot will be held for 30 seconds. If you don’t confirm within 30 seconds, the appointment may be booked by another user.
¨ Once you click Book Now the appointment time is confirmed. To cancel an appointment, click the booked appointment space again.
¨ You will not be able to book an appointment in blocked time slots, or spots that have already been booked by other users.
¨ Selecting My Appointments will show you your complete interview schedule, and you can use the icons at the bottom of the schedule to save or print.
If you require assistance in using School-Day to book your interview please contact the school office at 519-579-1160. On Monday, November 4th we will address any other requests made to the office for interviews.
