Grade 4 students at W.T. Townshend Public School laced up their running shoes and buckled up their helmets as they participated in the 35th annual Terry Fox Run.
On the brisk Sunday morning, the group of twelve students and their families met at Sportsworld Crossing to bike, run and walk the 5km route. After the event, the students had the opportunity to meet Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic.
It was an awesome morning of laughter and fun, while supporting and acknowledging a cause that affects so many people. Way to go, W.T. Townshend PS!
