Discussion Item: Fundraising Questions

• What are our fundraising goals? Greening, Annual Natural Playground Maintenance, Field Trips
• Class trips are great opportunities to enhance the classroom learning program for students but can get expensive. What percentage of our annual fundraising do we feel should go to trips?

Fundraising 2016-2017 Overview Proposal

• Meet-the-Teacher – food trucks
• Spiritwear – need staff reps
• WTT Appeal  (no product/sales) -over Thanksgiving
• Pre Christmas fundraiser?
• FunFest – February
• Move-a-thon- Before March Break, ask staff to donate prizes again, can we run it without an outside provider?
• Jump-Rope-For-Heart – charity
• Art’s Night – to support Nutrition-for-Learning (i.e., food trucks, Smencil sales, water sales)
