W.T. Townshend is saying goodbye to plastic cutlery in our school. Starting next school year, September 2019, plastic forks and spoons will no longer be provided for students who come to school without their own cutlery. Students are expected to bring their own cutlery from home with their packed lunch.

TIP:  Keep a cheaper set of silverware with your child’s lunch bag that you can wash, and use over and over again. This also guarantees that they will never be utensil-less for  lunch, ever again!
