Rugby at WTT for Junior Students                              

The student information session and permission forms to be handed out at a meeting on Wed. May 9^th, 1^st N.B., second portion (11:31-11:49 a.m.), in the Pumpkin Pod.

What: W.T. Townshend Rugby Union Football Club (WRUFC)!!

Extracurricular activity to participate in athletics, have fun and improve rugby (non-contact) skills.

 

When: Mondays from 3:01- 4:16

Beginning Monday May 14^th to

Monday June 25^th. Families are invited to mark their calendars for our June 25^th adults vs. students game, the last game of our season.

**Rain or Shine**

If there is inclement weather, we will play indoors but please dress appropriately to play outside when possible.

 

Who: The 1^st 50 Junior students to get their permission forms signed clearly, and returned to Mr. Burgess in Room 16 will be accepted to play in WRUFC.

 

Where: Meet outside of WTT gym and wait to be invited in by a staff member for attendance. Dismissal will take place at the field behind the school.  On rain dates, dismissal will be from the front doors of the school.

 

** Students are responsible for arranging their own means of getting home

(e.g., walking, getting picked up) by 4:16 **

 

Students names must be clearly printed, along with parental/guardian permission and insurance acknowledgement on the second page of this package.  Please keep this (first page) information sheet for your records.
