We remember.  What an amazing feeling to listen to our students as they recited In Flanders Field, sang Imagine by John Lennon, read Proud as a Peacock, Brave as a Lion by Jane Barclay and pipe Amazing Grace.  Special thanks to Mr. Climenhage and junior staff and students for their leadership.  We are very proud of the respect shown by our students.

Building our community connection, Mr. Harper and his grade 4 class were next door with the seniors at Westmount for a Remembrance Day service.

Individual photos have arrived from Pegasus and should come home today.  Our students sparkle and their photos are gorgeous!  To avoid a $10 late fee, retake orders need to be submitted online or returned to the school by November 19th, 2015.

Fundraising orders from the gift brochures have arrived – parents please look for your order to come home today.

Friday, November 13 is a PA Day – there will be no school for students and staff will be working on our learning agenda.

School Council meets again on Thursday, November 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the library.  New members are always welcome as are visitors who just want to check out a council meeting! The agenda and minutes will be posted to our website and school day – if you can’t attend the meeting it is easy to stay informed!

Did you know? WTT has a Nutrition For Learning program.  Healthy snacks (apples, bananas, cheese strings and multi-grain Cheerios) are available for students who need some extra fuel for learning.
